Welcome to the first 4-week block. This is to get you thinking more about you.

Day 2, Letter to self.

Write a letter to yourself. This is a letter to yourself, 6 months in the future.

Take the week to really think about what you would like to write, where you would like to be in 6 months time.

In the letter, describe your life and what you have achieved in those 6 months, what has changed, what you’re doing and how you are feeling, your self-desires and goals, make them both personal and professional.

A developing body of research shows that expressive writing helps to calm the mind and emotions and increases feelings of happiness and wellbeing.
