It’s the most natural tool to combat stress and anxiety.
Deep breathing also ups your endorphins, the “feel good” chemical.
Slows your heart rate and allows more oxygen to flow around your body.
It increases energy and lowers your blood pressure.
It also reduces depression
Ensure you use your breaks wisely. Move, Stretch, Eat and Hydrate
Our attention drops off after long periods of time focusing on one single task not allowing us to focus which effects our performance.

Nutritional snacking – food for fuel will give energy and focus just like a car our body’s need the right rule for ultimate function – Sugary Fatty foods such as crisps and chocolate and processed foods will have a negative impact to your health causing extreme highs and extreme crashing of energy mood and motivation lows.
It is crucial l to be hydrated for so many reasons – to regulate your body temperature, it will keep body organs functioning properly, help to keep joints lubricated, It will improve sleep quality, cognition and mood.
Drinking water breaks down food – generates waste – our metabolism. Water is needed to remove this, or it would damage our body, water is the solvent for waste products it dissolves them and allows them to pass out the body as urine and sweat.
Water is all we need for this.
Sugary drinks are the single largest source of calories and added sugar in our diets.
There are 7 – 10 teaspoons full of sugar in every can of soda.
Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance.
Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently.
And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily tasks.
